The Coastal Valleys Region Guide Shop is completely staffed by VOLUNTEERS, so although you will receive a reply to your emails, it may take a few days to hear from us.

About the shop

The Coastal Valleys Region Guide Shop has been operated by volunteers in the Coastal Valleys Region for over 30 years with proceeds from the shop being used to support Girl Guide activities within Coastal Valleys Region.  Now that we have an online presence, Guides from all over Australia can purchase from us.

The shop operates from the Newcastle Region Centre in Henry Park, Thomas Street, Hamilton South on Thursdays.

We have a large range of fun badges, promotional items, camp shirts and resources to enhance your Guiding experience.

The Coastal Valleys Region Shop is complementary to the Noone uniform shop organised by Girl Guides Australia.

Purchase or Pick up on Thursdays

Is available on Thursdays between the hours of 11:00 am and 3 pm from Henry Park, Hamilton South.

Yes! Walk-in shoppers are welcome on Thursdays between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and the postcode that is being delivered to.

The pricing is determined by our provider, Sendle, based on the total weight of your order and your postcode.

Our volunteers have no influence over the cost of shipping.

Parcels are shipped by Sendle from Hamilton weekly – typically on a Thursday.

Parcels are sent via Sendle.  You will receive shipping information from Sendle so you can track your parcel.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases – if you find that your items are faulty, please contact us at cvrguideshop@girlguides-nswactnt.org.au and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase.  Goods must be new
and unused otherwise refunds/exchange may be refused.  All items that are returned will be assessed
for quality before refund/exchange is approved

If goods need to be returned to the shop, all postage costs will be at the customer’s expense.  This includes posting of any items back to the customer.
